These Terms of Use govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website and functionalities of the REDY service (hereinafter: the “Service”).
The Service is provided by Nulta dimenzija d.o.o., OIB 46915004777, P. Stoosa 3, 10412 Gornja Lomnica (hereinafter: the “Provider”).
A User is any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service (hereinafter: the “User”).
REDY is a technology platform that, depending on the settings of an individual Location, enables functionalities related to queue and appointment management, including obtaining and tracking a queue number, booking appointments, receiving notifications, communicating with the Location, and other related functionalities.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
If the User does not accept these Terms, they must not use the Service.
“Location” within the meaning of these Terms means a branch, office, service point, counter hall, medical clinic, or other organizational unit of a contractual partner that enables one or more functionalities through REDY.
The REDY Provider is the provider of the technology platform and is not the provider of the end service that the User receives at an individual Location.
The Location independently determines, among other things:
The Provider is not responsible for the quality, content, scope, availability, or outcome of the end service provided by the Location.
The availability of individual functionalities depends on the technical capabilities of REDY and the settings of an individual Location.
An individual Location may use only a portion of the available functionalities.
The Provider may at any time develop, modify, restrict, temporarily disable, or discontinue a particular functionality, in particular for technical, security, organizational, or business reasons.
If the functionality is available at a particular Location, the User may request a queue number for the selected service through REDY.
After selecting a service, REDY may assign the User a queue number in accordance with the data and rules of the Location's system.
The assigned queue number is valid within the system of the relevant Location.
An electronically assigned queue number, where supported by the Location, may have the same functional value as a physically issued queue number.
The availability of queue numbers, the time until which they may be obtained, and other restrictions are determined by the individual Location.
Obtaining a queue number does not constitute a guarantee that the end service will be provided at a specific time.
REDY may enable tracking of the status of a queue number assigned to the User through REDY or physically at the Location.
The status displayed is based on data received by REDY from the Location's system.
For technical reasons, there may be a delay between the actual situation at the Location and the status displayed in REDY.
If the Location uses its own queue management system, the information displayed on physical indicators, screens, or other systems at the Location itself may be authoritative for the User's actions.
The User must follow the instructions of the Location's staff.
If available, the “Queue number status check” function enables the User to track a physically issued queue number.
The User is responsible for entering the queue number identifier correctly.
The availability and accuracy of this functionality depend on the technical integration of REDY with the system of the relevant Location.
If available, the User may use REDY to reserve a queue number or appointment for a future visit.
The availability of dates and appointment times depends on the Location's organization of work, available capacity, existing reservations, and technical system settings.
A reservation constitutes a reservation in the system of the relevant Location and does not constitute a guarantee regarding the duration, quality, or final outcome of the end service.
The Location may establish specific rules regarding late arrival, failure to attend a reserved appointment, cancellation, and changes to a reservation.
The User is responsible for arriving at the Location on time.
If the User allows notifications through an internet browser or another supported channel, REDY may send notifications related to the use of the Service, such as notifications about the queue approaching, the calling of a queue number, or a message from the Location.
Delivery of notifications depends on the device, internet browser, operating system, internet connection, and other technical circumstances.
The Provider does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered or received at a specific time.
The User may disable notifications through the settings of their device or browser.
If the User allows the use of the device's location, REDY may use the device's location data to display or sort available Locations by distance.
Use of the location functionality is optional.
The accuracy of location data depends on the technical capabilities of the device, operating system, browser, and other circumstances.
The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of location data.
If the communication functionality is available, the User may exchange messages with the Location through REDY.
The User is responsible for the content of their messages.
It is not permitted to send content that is unlawful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
Users are advised not to send sensitive or confidential information through the communication functionality that is not necessary for obtaining the end service.
The storage and deletion of communication content are governed by the Privacy Policy and the technical capabilities of the specific functionality.
Information about the Location's working hours displayed in REDY depends on the information provided by the relevant Location.
The displayed working hours may not correspond to the actual working hours of the Location at all times.
The Provider is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Location.
The relevant Location is responsible for its actual working hours and the availability of the end service.
For the proper functioning of queues and to prevent misuse, REDY may restrict the ability to obtain or reserve a queue number when the User is located outside a specified geographical area.
Such restriction may be based on location data and other technical data available to the system.
The Provider does not guarantee that the geographical restriction will accurately determine the User's physical location in every case.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into REDY.
The User agrees to enter only data necessary for the use of the selected functionality or for obtaining the end service.
The User must not enter personal data of other persons without appropriate authorization or another appropriate legal basis.
Data entered by the User for the purpose of obtaining the end service may be available to the selected Location to the extent necessary to provide that service.
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
REDY is a technology platform and is not the end provider of the service selected by the User through REDY.
The relevant Location is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of providing its own end service, in accordance with the circumstances of the specific processing.
When the Provider processes personal data on behalf of the Location for the purpose of providing REDY's technical functionality, the relationship between the Provider and the Location is governed by an appropriate contract or other legal act in accordance with applicable regulations.
More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
The Provider may process certain technical data necessary for the operation, maintenance, and security of the Service.
This may include the IP address, device information, browser information, access time, and technical requests made to the system.
Such data may be used for:
Details regarding retention periods are provided in the Privacy Policy.
The User is not permitted to:
The Provider may impose technical limits on the number of requests, queue numbers obtained, reservations, and other actions that a User may perform within a certain period.
To protect the Service, the Provider may temporarily restrict access from a particular IP address, device, or other technical identifier.
If there is a suspicion of misuse, a security incident, or other unauthorized use, the Provider may take the necessary measures to protect the system.
The Provider strives to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or technical errors.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical difficulties, hosting issues, internet or telecommunications network problems, actions of third parties, security reasons, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
The Provider may temporarily restrict a particular functionality when necessary for system security, maintenance, or development.
The Provider is liable for the Service to the extent that such liability arises from mandatory applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All rights to REDY, including the source code, design, databases, graphic solutions, name, marks, and other elements of the Service, belong to the Provider or its licensors, except for content belonging to third parties or Locations.
The User is granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use REDY for its intended purpose.
Without the Provider's prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service, except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable laws.
The Provider may amend these Terms due to the development of the Service, changes to functionalities, technical or organizational reasons, changes to the business model, compliance with regulations, or other justified reasons.
The current version of the Terms is available through REDY.
If a change is material to the User, the Provider will, where appropriate and technically feasible, notify the User of the change.
The Provider may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the Service or a particular functionality if the User violates these Terms, jeopardizes the security or functionality of the Service, or if there is another justified reason.
The Provider may restrict or discontinue a particular functionality for all or individual Locations.
The User must be capable of accepting these Terms and using the Service in accordance with applicable laws.
If specific consent or compliance with specific age-related requirements is required for a particular processing activity involving personal data, the rules applicable to that specific processing activity shall apply.
The Provider may transfer rights and obligations related to REDY to an affiliated company, legal successor, or another person taking over the business related to the Service, in accordance with applicable laws.
